**Pressing Instructions**

1. **Preheat Press:** Set your heat press to 320°F (160°C).

2. **First Press:**
   - Place the jersey on the press with the design positioned where you want the logos or numbers.
   - Press at 320°F for 10 seconds.

3. **Cold Peel:**
   - After pressing, allow the logo to cool completely.
   - Once cooled, carefully peel the transfer sheet off.

4. **Final Press:**
   - Press the jersey again for 5 seconds to ensure the logo is fully adhered.
